Nonzwa is meticulous in making sure you're completely smooth. She listens well to her clients. I have very sensitive skin so the temp of the wax has to be just right otherwise I have a bad reaction. Nonzwa consistantly makes sure that I'm ok throughout my treatment. Highly recommend The Wax Pots for all your waxing needs.

Adri and her team were amazing—so warm and professional. I’m new to Joburg and felt completely comfortable the moment I walked in. I had a gel mani/pedi, massage, and a dermaplane/microneedling/chemical peel combo. Adri explained everything clearly and treated me with such care. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

i’ve never felt so comfortable with a lash tech like i do with amber. i’m either in and out of sleep or having the best conversations with her. she always makes sure i’m comfy and warm and even has little toys for me to play with when i get fidgety! she’s truly the best!!

Nonzwakazi was gentle and properly explained the advantages of waxing so I'm ditching the razor, she's also friendly so it wasn't awkward conversing with her.

The ladies were all so friendly and professional. Tino understood my nail was broke. And was so gentle and my nails are stunning
