Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

I finally booked in after seeing good reviews on IG. So glad I did a I left feeling great! Booked in for the deluxe head spa and a haircut. Massage was nice, especially the hot stones. The head massage was vigorous at times but I loved it! You get to choose a scent for the steam sauna, I choose lemon & orange. Nice clean establishment. The hairdresser, he was amazing! I'm so happy with my haircut! Will definitely return! Thank you Icandy. There is a carpark straight across the road so that is handy as Ponsonby can be busy.

I had the most relaxing experience at Crimson Beauty! I got a full body and Brazilian waxing done by Akansha, and she was absolutely amazing – professional, gentle, and made the whole process so comfortable. To top it off, she offered me a complimentary facial, and bless her magic hands, I had the most soothing face massage ever. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and pampered. The facial done by her,was the highlight for me—the massage was both relaxing and rejuvenating, and my skin feels soft, hydrated, and refreshed. The waxing was equally smooth and efficient. I and ny mom did hand/ legs waxing, Eyebrows and upperlip. It was very good and will for sure recommend Crimson Beauty for Skin services. Akanksha is very polite with hands on experience in skin treatment. Prices are also reasonable. Give it a try and you will like it for sure.
