Booked in last minute with Heidi after my usual therapist had to cancel my appointment due to being ill. Heidi did my waxing and a lash lift and I'm so happy with the results, waxing was painless and my lashes are amazing. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Becky is amazing! I have been to other clinics for waxing and she is by far the most comfortable in terms of both customer service and waxing comfort. I really recommend lazer treatment. Light skin dark hair.... perfect candidate 👌 I started on waxing which is great for newbies but for a permanent saloution lazer is the way faward. Karen I could not wish for another person you are so professional and down to earth thank you for your continued life changing results.

Alysha was lovely, very calming and considerate. Definitely recommend her for waxing. She talked me through everything and allowed regular breaks. I will definitely be going back. I never have a bad word to say about Parlour Fourteen. I have several services from Parlour Fourteen, from hair to nails to waxing and each time I’m very happy with the outcome. Today’s appointment was with Alysha for a gel manicure and again I’m very happy with the end result. I cannot recommend Parlour Fourteen enough. Amazing staff, great service and very friendly.

Yet another amazing experience here. Honestly so happy with my hair. I had a balayage and cut done yesterday and Ellen has done the most incredible job with it. She has achieved exactly what I wanted and my hair looks SO healthy - I’ve already had so many compliments! My appointment was late in the afternoon and continued past closing, also had issues with childcare initially so my son had to come along for the first hour but I didn’t feel rushed or like it was an issue at all. I very rarely spend time or money on myself but I feel amazing and I’m so grateful ☺️

I have been going to Jade for around 7 years for mostly waxing and brow treatments. She is outstanding!! The loveliest person ever and so professional. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Xxx
