She is incredibly knowledgeable , very professional and cares about her clients and the service she is providing and all aervices are delivered to a high standard. I have been going to Charlie for years and she is simply the best. Charlie is really friendly, welcoming and professional. It’s truly a lovely environment to have waxing, spray tanning, botox etc.

Toni was wonderful! Extremely professional and made the whole experience (underarm and Hollywood waxing) very comfortable. Obviously a Hollywood can be a bit uncomfortable (both physically and shyness wise) but she made me feel 100% at ease. Can't recommend highly enough

Tried the Korean Lash Lift and had a lovely result. My lashes are beautifully curled and don't feel sticky or heavy as with other lash lifts.

I would definitely recommend Charlie for beauty treatments. I’ve gone to her for all my waxing for a few years and she’s always very gentle, making sure to get every hair. In the run up to my wedding, I’ve now also seen her for brows, lashes and spray tans and she’s done an excellent job with these too. Charlie is always so friendly and kind!
