Leah is fabulous. My first experience with waxing was in the 90’s and it put me off until now. However, this experience was 300 times better. The careful explanations so you know what to expect and the professional way she handles everything made this a much improved experience. I'll even go back!! I’ve been to Leah & Elite Intimate Waxing twice now and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s professional, gentle, and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. Her technique is both thorough and surprisingly comfortable. She explains everything clearly, checks in often to make sure you’re okay, and has such a friendly, calming presence that it feels more like visiting a friend than an appointment. Brilliant, cant wait to come back, Leah put me at ease straight away after a break from waxing to have my first child and my anxieties about my post baby body went away. Absolutely brilliant. I was dreading intimate waxing for the first time but Laura was great, very professional and she made me feel at ease. Quite a painless procedure, hygiene was great, the process was very dignified and fast and efficient. The beauty couch was really comfortable, the beauty room was lovely and smelt of lavender , music chatting and laughter made me feel relaxed. I've decided laura will be my new waxing professional because she's meticulous at her job and a lovely lady, I'm very happy, thankyou 😊

Always amazing! I struggle with muscle soreness from training but I come away from a massage here so much more relaxed every time. I’ve visited various places for deep tissue massage over the years but this is definitely the best by far. Would highly recommend

Fran is such a lovely girl and so caring. She threads eyebrows which is so much better (and less painful!) than waxing. So convenient in the centre of West Bridgford upstairs in the fab No4 Hair Salon.

I have been seeing Fran for all my beauty treatments for a number of years now. Fran is absolutely fantastic, she always goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience. She instantly makes you feel at ease and so obviously cares about her clients and the experience they have. She always tries to accommodate you and her appointments are always calm and relaxing, ensuring you have enough time for the treatment and never making you feel rushed when the treatment is over.
