This was the first time that I had visited Rachel and will certainly go back to her. She had a lovely way about her and was consistently friendly, warm, positive, honest, hardworking and very approachable when I had questions. Very polite, professional and friendly. My only criticism was the radio/music playing in the background, personally I would have preferred something more calming to relax to.

It was my first time ever waxing and was probably the best experience. Such a lovely lady, very reassuring and patient.- explained everything to me. Highly recommend will definitely be back x
