My mum had her 1st lash lift at 77 and brows tinted and waxed as a wee treat as had been fed. The smile on her face when she looked in the mirror honestly made my heart melt. Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. First time visiting. Lovely and tranquil atmosphere and the salon smelled amazing! Nickola was incredibly warm and welcoming and her waxing was super thorough. Very pleased with the experience and the result!

Joanna made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She reapplied the numbing cream multiple times and genuinely went out of her way to make sure I was okay — especially since I really struggle with pain. Nothing felt rushed, and she constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The whole experience was calm, reassuring, and honestly way less scary than I expected. I’m absolutely thrilled with how my eyebrows have turned out — they’re perfect. Couldn’t recommend her enough 💖
