Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday for a haircut, and I had a great experience! A special thank you to Lia, who did my haircut — she was absolutely wonderful. She listened carefully to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Excellent service, very clean space. Rakhi is very professional and friendly. Booked me in into very short notice. I had a great full body massage + Indian head massage.
