I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Fabulous service as always from Yvonne. I book in regularly for combined eye, bikini wax and underarm wax. Now treating myself to a bespoke facial now and then. It really cleanses and brightens my skin and the products are amazing. Yvonne is so knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I love the colour of my nails 💅 super professional finish by Jaime, as always. I know they'll last and help strengthen my nails. Jaime is lovely and it's always a friendly and warm atmosphere.

Cath uses a room which is very clean indeed. Cath too is a clean person. I refer to her hands and clothing. On arrival she made me feel very welcome. Cath carries out waxing very professionally and with a high degree of excellence. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you’ve never been before, as she makes you feel at ease and answers any questions you may have. Personally I will not use anyone else.

I love my nails! Jaime takes great care and detail to doing nails in a welcoming environment. Looking forward to my next visit!
