She checked multiple times throughout the session to make sure the nails were to my liking, and even let me try multiple options when I couldn’t decide. Hands down the best waxing experience I’ve ever had! I booked a full leg and underarm wax with Cherie, and she made the whole process smooth—literally and figuratively. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel totally at ease. The space is clean, cozy, and inviting, not cold or clinical. Cherie explained everything beforehand, checked in often, and used high-quality products that left my sensitive skin soft, calm, and irritation-free. I’m from the UK and visiting my pal in Canada and was stressed about needing my brows done while away from home. Mani took all that stress away - she was so welcoming and calming and did an incredible job with my brows. I normally get my brows waxed instead of threading because I find it too painful but Mani was sooo gentle I barely even felt it. Happy to say I have found a brow gal I can trust in Toronto! 💛

Very accommodating with schedule as I had booked into the wrong location! Received luxury pedicure service and made good use of the massage chair. Would definitely return when staying in Old Toronto area.
