I had an eyelash lift as well as eyebrow waxing and lift done, and my experience was amazing! Cherie was absolutely wonderful—very professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and the results turned out beautifully. My lashes look lifted and natural, and my brows are perfectly shaped. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

She was so sweet and kind, and very meticulous. She checked multiple times throughout the session to make sure the nails were to my liking, and even let me try multiple options when I couldn’t decide. Location was very convenient and clean, and the prices were a steal for downtown Toronto. Would definitely go back :)

Hands down the best waxing experience I’ve ever had! I booked a full leg and underarm wax with Cherie, and she made the whole process smooth—literally and figuratively. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel totally at ease. The space is clean, cozy, and inviting, not cold or clinical. Cherie explained everything beforehand, checked in often, and used high-quality products that left my sensitive skin soft, calm, and irritation-free. I’ve been to Yonge location several times past 2 years. I accidentally booked my waxing at this location first time and I am really glad I did. Sweety was so gentle , caring and sweet as her name. Brazilian usually hurts like hell but she did such an amazing job I am definitely making Bathurst my go to location because of her. I hope she gets a raise because she truly deserves the best!!

Swati is hands down the best wax artist I’ve ever been to. She immediately made me feel so comfortable and at ease, which honestly makes all the difference. Hey there, I'm not sure how long I've been going to La Jolie Femme now for waxing services but I can tell you a couple of things. The service is always top notch. The place is well kept and clean and the staff is super professional, talented and friendly. I recommend this business highly!
