Joanna 5 🌟 Just that there was some confusion with the person who was supposed to be doing the laser to me! Started by Sam then taken over by Joanna and no information was given to me! However, Joanna is yet another fantastic laser therapist who brings her own unique skill set and expertise 👌✨ She made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. What really stands out is that every team member is incredibly skilled, friendly, and highly professional 🙌💯 You can truly feel the consistency in quality across the entire clinic.! 💖🔥

I had an excellent experience undergoing laser hair removal at this clinic. The staff were so kind and made me feel really comfortable. The treatment was quick and not as painful as I expected. i am really happy with result so far.
