I highly recommend Tina at Urban Spa Castle Hill. Her firm massage technique was exactly what I needed — professional, effective, and deeply relaxing. Tina has a lovely, calming nature and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. As a mature-aged woman, I especially appreciated her respectful and complimentary approach. The entire experience was positive, welcoming, and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and looking forward to my next visit

Danni is honestly the best. She takes such beautiful care of me every time I visit. She is gentle, thorough, and just a lovely energy to be around. Her waxing is hands down the best in the Hills. It is quick, precise, and somehow still relaxing. I always leave feeling so well looked after. I could not recommend her more highly.

I had my first waxing appointment with Danni yesterday and I was so impressed! She was so friendly and welcoming, I felt like I had known her for years. Danni really took the time to get to know me and my needs, and did such a thorough and professional job. I will definitely be back!

Good. Sorry I was 10 mins late. If I’d known the scalp massage was going to be cut from my treatment I would’ve chosen not to have my eyebrows waxed instead. I’d like my next 2 treatments to be heavenly spa not serenity. I find I can’t have a back massage because it’s uncomfortable to lie on my stomach and I don’t want an eyebrow tint. I’d rather a scalp massage. The eye, throat, leg, arm and décolletage massages were all too firm for me. I’d rather a gentle relaxation massage. The neck and upper back massages were lovely though. The facial was lovely. The foot and hand massages were lovely.

For your own well being, Danni is your person. Her attention to detail in all beauty treatments she performs, whether a facial, tinting or waxing it is done in a kind and caring way. She certainly is an expert in her field.

We had such a wonderful experience today! I enjoyed a full-body massage, my little daughter had a gentle facial massage, and my husband had a relaxing foot massage. Every one of us left feeling refreshed and happy. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making us all feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was a relaxing experience for the whole family, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

A very professional and caring massage therapist. Very relaxing. I missed the usual back rub i get at Beecroft. I dont like the way the door to Castle Hill salon is locked when no one on desk. I wasn't aware of this and i like to arrive early, have some tea, etc. That is always provided at Beecroft. The reason i didn't attend Beecroft this time was due to not being able to contact the salon by phone number on website. I cant believe you are suggesting tipping when the cost of living is so high. From starting with the business when it was Emmas Secret to now i have noticed a gradual decline.
