What made it even better was Polly, she is so warm, positive, and genuinely engaging, her upbeat energy was contagious. It sounds funny to say I’m so grateful for a service that hurts like hell.. but I am! Electrolysis is so underrated as a hair removal option - and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jodie to do it for me. She’s gentle, efficient and really good at what she does. It’s been an absolute game changer to have this *permanent* hair removal option available in the heart of newcastle!
