Exceptional, the team are so genuine and friendly. On top of the great service was the beautiful nails, they did them with such care and attention to detail. I went as I’m travelling - but now I feel like I’ll take every chance I get to get my nails done here whenever I’m in Melbourne!

Cassandra is incredibly passionate about her work. She pays attention, never rushes, and is very precise with what she does. I don’t get my brows done often as there usually isn’t much to do, most places finish in 5seconds but she took time to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical .I’m genuinely happy with the result. She even encouraged me to let her know if anything didn’t look right once I got home, which shows how much she cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I’m really pleased with the outcome. She did an amazing job on both my brows and my brother’s waxing. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with the service provided to me by Ree. Being a first time customer I was so nervous but she was very thorough and took the time to perfect my brows - her attention to detail is what I admired the most, not just a quick in and out, ‘copy and paste’ type service. I had such a lovely experience! She did an amazing job with my eyebrow threading and tinting. She was so gentle, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My brows are perfectly shaped, and the tint looks so natural it really enhances my features. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

I’ve been going to Connie for my beauty needs for years and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is amazing at what she does. She’s always professional, thorough, and consistent.
