I’ve been seeing Nikki my whole pregnancy and she’s been nothing short of amazing, had time off after my birth and she was so accommodating and very caring when I returned for waxing. Definitely recommend :)

Claudia was truly amazing with my tween daughter who doesn’t like getting her legs waxed. She worked with my daughter and went as fast/slow as my daughter could tolerate. If you have a tween/teen daughter starting her waxing journey, can totally recommend Claudia!!!

I’ve recently started coming to Bittersweet Beauty Lounge for brow waxing, brow tinting, and lash tinting, and I’ve been really happy with the results every time. The team is friendly, professional, and pays great attention to detail. My brows and lashes always look amazing when I leave. Highly recommend!

Courtney is fantastic and couldnt recommend her highly enough! As a first time waxer, I was very nervous about my first wax, however Courtney put me at ease, making me feel both comfortable and knowing what to expect during the process. I've now been back 4 times and plan to continue seeing her for my waxing needs.

Amazing beautician! She made me feel completely relaxed and calm during my first visit for an eyebrow wax and tint, eyelash tint, underarm wax, and Brazilian. I was a bit nervous, but her warm and professional approach put me at ease right away. I was so happy with the experience that I rebooked on the spot. Highly recommend!

I come here for sugar waxing and it’s the best decision I’ve made! Switching from hot wax to sugaring has been amazing—less pain, swelling, and bruising, which is perfect for my sensitive skin. The team is so lovely and bubbly, always making you feel at ease. I was chatting and laughing so much during my appointment, I didn’t even notice she’d waxed an extra area—that’s how gentle it is! A little giggle really does take the sting away. Highly recommend this salon. Thanks, ladies! <3
