I had an incredible waxing experience with Lindsey today! I haven’t had a wax below the belt since right before my wedding over 12 years ago. Lindsey put me at ease immediately. I had worked myself up to think it would be a painful experience, but the wax she uses is leaps and bounds above what was used on me all those years ago. Refinement is so nice and clean inside, and the staff I spoke with were very pleasant. I will be recommending Refinement to everyone I know, and getting a waxing package for follow up appointments.

Michaela will now be my go-to wax gal. I thought I knew what to expect based on a previous experience but she was so much cleaner (didn’t leave wax on my skin or clothes), thorough (checked each area to ensure she got everything), professional, and respectful. She’s raised the bar on what to expect and will be back!

Good quality products! Knowledgeable staff! Polite and kind. Arrived at my appointment and was promptly greeted. Listened to what I had for preferences and made sure that’s what I got. The owner (Lindsey) did my wax and she definitely earned 5 + stars!
