My very 1st treatment & Nicola was amazing….. let’s face it who likes to take their clothes off in front of a stranger? I certainly don’t! She was so reassuring, kind, friendly & made me feel comfortable with general chit chat which distracted my negative thoughts about my body, furthermore her knowledge is second to none she talked me through everything and explain how it would work along with post treatment aftercare advice. Amanda was great explaining everything about the procedure. Really friendly and welcoming in a lovely clean and inviting environment.

I was made very welcome on arrival, all information needed was given to me before having the procedure, all my questions/queries for answered, I was comfortable & relaxed throughout treatment.

My experience was great, Amanda explained the procedure in detail and made sure I understood the process. She continuously made sure I was ok. She was really informative too, we discussed other procedures that I could also benefit from. Salon is lovely too.
