Rebecca is a lovely calming professional. I turned up at my appointment stressed and upset that something that happened unexpectedly and just before my appointment. I felt so upset I half thought about cancelling. I went ahead with the appointment and I am so glad I did. Rebecca was so reassuring and understanding and made me feel so at ease.
