Lucy is fabulous, her lamination skills are second to none. My eyelashes have never been so long, Lucy recommended a serum, it's lasted 7 months, which is incredible in itself. The result is that I have to wear my glasses lower down on my nose as they brush the lenses every time I blink 😁 my brows look the best they have looked in 30 years 😍 she's truly the best in bromsgrove.

Kerry is so personable and really makes you feel at ease... she has a great eye for colour and her advice on going brighter/bolder with my skin tone was spot on. My hands and feet look fabulous!

Fantastic customer service, Extremley friendly and professional, great studio with beautilful scents and peaceful music to take your mind away. I only went in for a brow shape but for sure gonna get a facial next. If I could I would give more than 5 stars! You will not be disappointed :)
