Refined. By Abi Rose is excellent - Abi is very thorough, caring & professional. The salon is lovely, clean & modern & provides a wide range of services as well as the latest products & shades. When travelling It’s often hard to find a salon that does Threading as well as the usual waxing etc. This Salon is a real find especially when you add in the online booking system & their responsive communication. Oh my word! The pedicure was fabulous as always but this time I also had a facial, complete with neck and shoulders massage. Nazk made the whole experience wonderful from start to finish. Every consideration was given to my comfort. Beautiful products and techniques were used throughout the 2+ hours of total relaxation. If you’ve never had this treatment I’d recommend it - put it on your list of treats. Haven’t felt so relaxed in a long time and my skin feels lovely. I’ll be going back!

5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .

Always a phenomenal experience at salon angels, Gemma is a complete professional with exceptional knowledge!
