Had a facial with Sammy, wow amazing experience she knew exactly what she was doing, explained every detail and made me feel relaxed and felt comfortable. Was originally booked for a dermal but with consultation she explained a better option. I ended up getting micro needling. I certainly will be back. Thanks again

Fantastic service, as always. Nicolle has been looking after my hair now for a number of years, gives very honest guidance and always manages my expectations. Her knowledge and professionalism is top notch and I 100% trust her advice. Without Nicolle I wouldn't have had the confidence to transitition from brunette to blonde, and ultimately to my natural salt and pepper colour. Tonight I treated myself to the Indian head massage and it didn’t disappoint, in fact it was fantastic and as with all Lauren’s luxury treatments it was much more than your usual head massage, it included back, neck, arms & face. I think a good nights sleep will follow! 😴 Thank you Lauren 🥰
