A first session made me realise the condition my back muscles were in; hence the discomfort for so long. De-knotting isn't the most comfortable experience I've had but, I felt the difference immediately and hope to return soon to keep on top of looking after myself; maybe explore other treatments here as there is a huge range.

These guys are seriously good at what they do. Every time we visit they are professional, punctual and deliver the very best quality services! The centre is very clean. The treatments are of excellent quality. The treatments are also exceptional value for money. Having tried multiple treatments from deep tissue massages to reflexology through to tarot card readings, we can honestly say these guys are the best! Thank you to the team for making our experiences so good time after time! Keep up the excellent work!!!

Good and very happy with my LED facial I had today

I had a wonderful experience today. I can honestly say this was the best massage I have every had. I am completely relaxed and needed a nap once I returned home. I woke up feeling rejuvenated. Gareth is friendly, welcoming and very professional, he explained the process step by step prior to starting. I booked the relaxation package and it was definitely worth every penny. I will 100% return. Thank you Gareth.
