I took advantage of the offer of Crystal Clear facial with complimentary back massage and it was wonderful. Catherine is friendly, professional and calm and her technique is excellent. I can't recommend this treatment enough and will be back as soon as I can. The salon is spotless, and felt very safe and relaxing. All the staff are lovely. I love coming here.

I came for a real pamper, shirk away the bonds of everyday life and just enjoy a nice experience. The top team at BBLJ were just the tonic, nails and eye brows were soon sorted, and I really like the look, the banter and most of all the customer service. Alana and the team are always fun to be around, making the whole BBLJ bundle a tonic for the every day. M xx
