First visit to Acer beauty having found availability on Fresha and then finding the instagram page and reading about Ellie, her experience and having just started up here in Carlisle. I booked in and had one of the best massages I’ve ever had ‘the Signature’ it was just what I needed and so relaxing. Ellie was lovely, and put me totally at ease visiting somewhere for the first time. It’s a lovely relaxing space with a warm welcome and the bonus of parking at the door. I would highly recommend

Siobhan is amazing at what she does, I can’t fault her. My legs are always completely smooth after I have a wax (which is rare for me) and she makes sure she gets every little hair. She makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. Highly recommend her to anyone.

I had the most wonderful experience at the salon today! I booked in for a massage, eyelash tint, and eyebrow wax, and every treatment was absolutely perfect. The massage was so relaxing and exactly what I needed — I left feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. My eyelash tint turned out amazing and really made my eyes stand out naturally, and my eyebrow wax was done with such care and precision. Ellie made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I cannot recommend Ellie highly enough! Her salon is such a warm, cozy, and relaxing space. ​I’ve had a variety of treatments including BIAB nails, pedicures, facials and waxing, and Ellie’s attention to detail is second to none. I have noticed such a positive change in my skin since I started seeing her. It feels healthier, clearer, and looks so much brighter.
