This was my first visit at any cosmetic clinic in Australia, it surpassed my expectations! I have received injections for wrinkles for over a decade in the US, and to say the service, professionalism, cost and results were extraordinary here at EQUINOX with Ann, is worthy of more that 5 stars. I was able to make the consultation and procedure appointment for the same day. No sales pitch. But caring input about my options and valuable suggestions. I return to Perth every 3-4 months and will now only come to see Ann for all my cosmetic injections. THANK YOU

Absolutely beautiful salon. On time, clean, great vibe. All the girls are so friendly and attentive. I spent the whole day there and was offered numerous drinks. Fresh air, comfy chairs, even a massage chair when you get your hair washed. They have really gone above and beyond to make it an experience when you enter the space. I don’t know another place like this in Perth!

I had the Carboxy Co2 facial . Jamie was my therapist. Her touch is very therapeutic. It takes a lot for me to relax and I actually snoozed . She explained each step and what to expect post treatment . The face massage was exceptional. Will be back now I’m home in Perth again 5 ⭐️

Had a brow tidy up with Lilly today and it was the gentlest wax I’ve ever had! I could have fallen asleep. She did a great shape and exactly what I was after. Would definitely come back and thoroughly impressed with the high level of service here. Thanks

I was disappointed that there was so much hype on your website about the ipl machine that could be used on black and white hair . I drove 80 min round trip and was told before I even sat down that it couldn’t be done because I need to grow the hair between treatments and most people can’t commit to that. On a plus note the best facial wax give ever had.

Lilly is brilliant! My eyebrows are naturally wonky af (very challenging to shape and wax). Lilly worked absolute magic shaping my eyebrows and took so much care to make me feel comfortable throughout! My eyebrows haven’t looked this nice in 30 years! Sylvia is the best in the beauty therapy business! She is so lovely and always pays attention towards building relationships with her clients. Most importantly, she does a perfect job every time. I have been trusting her with my waxing for months now and couldn’t recommend her more!
