Everything was amazing! I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi, lash extensions, brow wax and tint, and did the head spa with a hydro facial. Last minute, I decided to do acrylic nails and they were super accommodating. I had decided to do just pure white and she recommended the creamy white which I’m so glad she did because it looks amazing and I like this way better. They also got the perfect shape of my brows and did a wonderful job with my lash extensions. And I highly recommend the head spa and facial to everyone it was AMAZING. Very relaxing and now I’m ready for the holiday madness.

This is definitely the best eye lash studio in the Portland Metro Area. I’ve been to many other lash longes to only experience my lashes falling out beginning the day after I get them done. My lashes stay looking beautiful for 3 weeks.. when I get them filled at that time it usually only takes an hour because it’s a ‘true’ fill. The environment is beautiful and the staff is very professional. I love my lashes and am thank I found such an amazing lash lounge as this!

Katie did my mani & pedi on Wed afternoon and it was very relaxing and soothing. There's always great videos playing and the shop is always decorated beautifully. Katie and Hieu yalways make you feel like you're the only customer and your nails and toes always look absolutely perfect! It is such a treat to go there as they always make you feel so special.

My first visit for a eyebrow waxing was great! Joni is very lovely and welcoming and I felt she understood my needs very easily. I needed quite a cleanup to get my brows back into a lovely shape and I am very pleased with the results. I look forward to my next appointment.

Joni is lovely and good at what she does. Since it was my first time with her, we had a chat beforehand so she could explain her methods, tools and products, and answer any questions I had. I had a lower leg wax.

The service is great! I go there to get manicures, pedicures and facials. Today I got a new set of ómbre nails which are beautiful. Tracy is the best. I live in NE Portland and it’s the only place I go for my nails—-toes and fingers!

First time going and it was a great experience. Got eyelashes done and a brow wax and tint for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back.

Joni, as always, was professional and showed expertise and precision in her epilation skills. My face came out baby smooth and my brows are picture perfect. She also did a skillful bikini wax and tidied up the backside. Joni gets the business done with no awkwardness so if this is your first time, have no fear! I love getting facials with Joni - I walk out with glowing skin! I've seen her for years and she has the magic touch when it comes to extractions (never fun, but she makes them less painful). I love the product lineup and always recommend Joni to anyone in Portland.

Super fun and relaxing experience

I made an appointment a week before and I got a reminder text the day before. They saw me right away and I had a different person for my pedicure, manicure and waxing but they all did a fantastic job! My manicurist was willing to work with me to make sure I like the finished product.
