Simply wonderful, the staff were very professional and warming. We asked for a pot of tea after our treatments and was given a space in the bubble lounge to enjoy this. The facials were fantastic. I had previously told them that I have sensitive skink to perfumed products and she talked be through the products she was using on me today Reassuring me that there was no perfumed products.

We Really loved the spa experience. Lovely facilities that were nice and clean. However At £45 for two people it wasn’t cheap so I was a bit disappointed to have to pay an additional fee for hiring towels, robes and slippers which I feel should be included in the price.

Treatment was lovely, but the therapist did not say much, didn't greet us, and was not clear when giving instructions. This made it harder to relax

Lydia was brilliant. I only got a trim but she gave me exactly what I wanted and really listened. She also gave me brilliant advice for my next appointment for copper highlights. Very friendly and genuine. A lovely experience.
