The room was warm and calming, with lovely autumn scents that set the mood perfectly. The massage was just what I needed — so soothing and done with real care. Adele has such a gentle, professional touch and you can tell she genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. Lorna is suuper attentive! This was my second visit after a perfect deep tissue massage last time and I left again so unwound and like new. Bonus huge nights sleep afterwards - couldn’t have been comfier and the atmosphere is a delight !

I got a last minute booking for my waxing and within the time allocated, Nicola managed to wax my leg and do a Brazilian for me. In conversations, I realised it was actually the same salon I use to go to at Fulwood. I was dead happy to be back with them. Really grateful for the friendly and wonderful service.

Carley was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful. She provides a very good waxing service, hence why I have been using Charisma for many years now and its my go to salon.

Treatment with Cara great as always. She's lovely to chat to during less pleasant treatments like a bikini wax so you almost forget about what you're having done, and she judges it perfectly when you've gone for a relaxing treatment and just want to switch off. Highly recommend.
