Really pleased with the results of my hair and my waxing. Eve and Lucy were friendly, polite and listened to what I wanted. Would definitely recommend them. Eve is the beautician and Lucy the hairdresser :)

It was my first time bikini waxing. Zarah was very welcoming and talked me through the whole process. The appointment went by in a blink. But the place is a bit confusing to find for a customer who's never been there before.

This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!

Zarah was professional & clearly experienced. She explained the process & made sure I was comfortable throughout. The waxing itself was quick, so this definitely minimised pain. I went to Salon 81 for a Hollywood Wax after having a not so good experience at another salon. I was apprehensive about my appointment because of my previous experience but within minutes of being there I felt so comfortable. April was incredibly friendly and kind. She was very professional, conversational and reassuring throughout the whole process and made it as painless as a waxing appointment can be! Super pleased with the results.
