I was very nervous going to a new salon after some bad experiences. After visiting Lauren, I am not. She is incredible. She went through everything with me from start to finish with amazing aftercare. I now go to her for all my treatments and I would never go anywhere else. As something as small as a brow wax she mapped my brows, showed me what they would look like and asked if there was anything I wanted differently before waxing. Perfect from start to finish. I had a bikini wax and a gel manicure at Phoenix Beauty in preparation for my holiday. The bikini wax was quick, thorough and virtually painless. The gel manicure looks amazing, Sharon paid so much attention to detail and gave me exactly what I’d asked for in terms of colours and design. The salon is clean and welcoming and the staff are so friendly and professional. I’m thrilled with the services I’ve received and will absolutely be back for more.
