Ella is so informative and helpful, she has helped me get my skin clearer and brighter,in a such short period of time. Cannot recommend the deluxe deplaning facial more, the ultimate relaxing treat to myself and my skin looks amazing!! This is my second time coming to Ella, after my wedding dermaplaning facial..so it was a must I came for my pre honeymoon facial ❤️

Rachel was fantastic! I have been getting Hollywood waxes for 6 years and it was my first time with Rachel and oh my goodness, I didn’t feel pain at all. I really loved how she made me feel so calm and comfortable, chatting away to me. I will 100% be back and love the results! Thanks Rachel!

Run don’t walk! I was not getting regular facials and don’t have problem skin but Ella’s facials and how great my skin looks have made me a regular. I can see such a difference. My skin is so much better and every treatment (I’ve tried a few now) has been absolutely fantastic. The massage during the facials is an added bonus and makes you so relaxed and she’s just a lovely person too!

Ella is just a wonderful lovely lass. Very knowledgeable guiding me through the right skin routine for me. I had the chill out facial. It exceeded my expectations & more. My skin is feeling refreshed & looks glowing. I left feeling so chilled after the head, neck & shoulder massage too! I didn't want to get off that bed, so cosy & warm. Just what i needed.
