A great wax!! I have been waxed for at least 6 years and this is the best wax I have had. Full Leg and Hollywood wax and the BEST. I have had. Pain was minimal. The staff FANTASTIC. The Results AMAZING! I can honestly say this is the most comfortable I ever felt for my intimate area. Jodie and Julia you were fantastic!! 100% recommend.

This is by far the best hairdressers in Plymouth. Anna is an excellent hairdresser and colourist. She gave me wonderful highlights. I would highly recommend her. I then had my haircut with Vaughan and he not only takes his time, but gives you a haircut that suits you as an individual. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I love visiting and can’t wait to go back.

Arianna might actually be the kindest person I’ve ever met; the perfect balance of warm, welcoming and friendly but still remaining professional. She was so meticulous and made sure every single nail was perfect. I was initially nervous when I saw the efile but I needn’t have worried - she was so accurate and gentle. Hayley is the best nail technician I’ve ever had - 12 years in London using some of what were dubbed the best salons and she’s head and shoulders above them! I always have a great experience at Ugly Betty’s - great staff, well priced, clean and super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone in Plymouth trying to find a one stop shop!
