Oh what can I say! What a beautiful, relaxing environment to have my first Hollywood wax in many years! From the minute I walked in the door, Rachel just put me at ease. The treatment, prep, after care and her attention to perfection were all 10/10. What a truly wonderful and surprisingly relaxing experience! Won’t be going anywhere else for my waxing now! I go every so often for my cut and colour I have in. The past visited many others ,but mono is the best. It's a professional service all the girls are experienced polite caring .I'm elderly now but they look after me I always leave happy lots of coffee and tea well done mono

I booked an appointment with Maples beauty for a Hollywood wax. Rachel made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained the treatment step by step, provided time and wipes to freshen up beforehand too! The wax itself was very thorough, not as painful as previous waxes from other salons. Rachel was always checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Rachel is amazing, intimate waxing can always be a little anxiety inducing but she was so lovely and made the experience comfortable. I left feeling like a dolphin. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow, just wow! From the minute I enquired with Maples Beauty I felt at home, comfortable and valued. All of my silly questions were answered promptly and with love and care. On arrival, I got the most lovely welcome - Rachel was warm, kind and friendly. I never once felt out of place. She explained every little step carefully and answered any questions I had. Despite having intimate areas waxed, I felt comfortable and relaxed and it’s easily the best wax I’ve had in a very long time. Rachel took care with every single inch and is clearly the queen of waxing. Left so smooth! See you soon!
