I just wanted to say a huge thank you for Friday🤍 You were so kind and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time, especially since it was my first time getting my brows waxed. I really appreciated how you talked me through each step and checked in with me it made such a difference and helped calm my nerves so much. You took so much time and care perfecting my eyebrows, and it truly shows because they look absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you again!

I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

Rita is the best at Eyebrows laminating/waxing and tinting my brows! Wouldn't go anywhere else. I coming from Leytonstone where she was working before. I do my laminate eybrows 3 years with Rita. She is the best
