As always Noura was fantastic in her waxing. Everyone at the shop is always very inviting and friendly. My eyebrows were done very well although I was cut twice with the thread on my eyelid. I didn't notice till next day.

Anjali is great at threading and waxing my brows and upper lip. She’s very kind and pays a lot of attention to detail. The ladies there are overall very nice and straight to the point with service, which I prefer.

She took the time to explain everything to me, which I truly appreciate. I tend to have painful experiences with waxing, but Lisa made it bearable. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Noura was great! She has a soft touch so waxing was actually a breeze: I was taking a nap half of the time and I had a Brazilian so that says something . Excellent job too. She answered all my questions and had valuable aftercare suggestions! I will definitely come back.

Good customer service ! First time Brazilian was hurting soooo bad but the esthetician took the time to explain to me how it works, took the time to make sure I was satisfied and if she should continue or stop. She also took the time to remove hair correctly and even ended up with a clip to remove the tiny hair that wasn't able to go off with the wax. I doubted a long time to get a wax down there because I was shy but she made it feel non-awkward which I appreciate ! I had a great time with her :) (as possible as it is while being waxed down there lol)

Thank you Lisa! Another great session as always! I feel so safe and comfortable with her. Been with her now for more than a year and I moved away far and I still go to her because she is that good! I had bit had my nails done in over 10 years and so I decided to gift myself a manicure for my birthday. That you so much! My nails look great :) The place i used to go for threading closed, so I was happy to find a new place close to work. I prefer threading over waxing for my face and have been doing it now for over 10 years. It still hurts haha ! But it looks great :) thank you!

Wasn't sure if I was gonna like the look or how bad it was gonna be to have my privates waxed. It was bad but considering i do have sensible skin and low tolerance in pain it was no AS bad, and in the end the result was replay good, very smooth and clean, better looking then I thought I most say. Very professional and caring of your experience and how you are dealing the pain, if you are concerned or uncomfortable, she'll do a great job helping you feel better. I also choses to get a massage after and it was hiesntly the best massage I ever had and I had like 10+ I was falling asleep. 10/10
