Otu (head beautician) is literally the best. She makes sure you are comfortable at all times and explains each step before proceeding. I also love the fact that she’s a perfectionist just as I am. So my overall experience was just perfect.

It's the least painful waxing experience I have had so far. It was painful, however, in comparison to other experiences, it wasn't as painful. The lady was also gentle.

Gloria was very professional and pleasant. I found the table a bit hard, though. Perhaps a pillow roll to under ones knees? I definitely, will return!!!!!

10/10 experiece. I felt so comfortable and well informed before my session started. No rush while doing the brazilian and all the breaks were so reassuring. Would definitely love to be a regular.

I used the numbing cream. My wax lady was nice and polite. The pain from waxing was not too bad. However, my spa specialist/wax lady did not rip off the strips at once. She first tries to pry it open then rips it. That made me anticipate the pain, unlike when the pull it off abruptly so you are able to bear the pain better. Also I like when they add a personal touch and try to gist with you at least. Overall it was good. I woud give it a 5 but for these minor issues.
