It was a lovely experience. The treatment was nicely done and my therapist was charming and made the experience really relaxing. I really needed that today. I enjoyed the background music as well. The massage chair was truly effective just what I wanted.

Superb staff so hospitable, kind and helpful. We were quite early but still received a very warm welcome, were offered a hot drink, and shown to a comfortable, rustic sitting room. Very relaxed ambience. My son had the hot oil massage which he found very therapeutic. Although a little on the pricey side, it is certainly well worth a visit. Highly recommended. Thank you

I absolutely love visiting the loft! It really is a little bit of heaven, so warm, cosy and relaxing. Sarah is THE BEST masseuse ever…her spa background really shows as her technique is undoubtedly one to beat…I cannot fault the loft spa and being in the industry myself you really have wowed me with your whole customer experience and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had some gorgeous treatments from Jo today, she was was lovely and professional and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I had treatments catered to me as I am currently pregnant which was really appreciated and I was able to have a lovely pregnancy pamper. The salon was really warm and welcoming and I would definitely recommend House of Soul and would love to return to have further treatments from Jo as my pedicure, back massage and facial was fantastic. It been a while since i braved the whole waxing experience . Have got to say Sarah was fab so quick and i can honestly say pain freeish🤭 , no nasty nettle rash or sticky residue left . Will definitely be going back 👍

Go here for my massage every 3 weeks. The lady who dose them is really good. She dose my bak neck an arms. Im there for a hour,its £38. Highly recomended.

I got a last minute booking for my waxing and within the time allocated, Nicola managed to wax my leg and do a Brazilian for me. In conversations, I realised it was actually the same salon I use to go to at Fulwood. I was dead happy to be back with them. Really grateful for the friendly and wonderful service.
