It was lovely! First time with sugaring (only waxed a couple times in the past) and she was very patient, explained everything and gave great aftercare. The hydrojelly mask was great as well. Definitely would recommend!

Tina was so knowledgeable about general physiology that she was able to understand how an underlying condition i had affected my skin and work to suit. She's also extremely personable and made me feel so very comfortable with my bikini wax, i might let her do a brazilian next time and i SWORE i could never show myself to a tech like that, she made me feel THAT comfortable. In a nutshell - kind, efficient, great quality and price.

I booked a full brazilian maintenance , 1st time sugaring but I'm use to waxing It was wayyyyy less pain , she was Friendly, talked you through it , Perfessional, as soon as I arrived for my appointment she was ready so no waiting or delays And let me tell you when I say she got ever hair ... she got ever hair !!!!! My experience was awesome, my wax was done so fast I did not notice it was finish. My nails is gorgeous. I love Niva for the quietness and I don’t have to wait for hours. When the appointment is set for a particular time you start at that time.
