Very friendly and professional experience. Don't get me wrong waxing is never pain free but every effort was made to make me feel comfortable. Busra takes pride in her work and you can tell that she works with precision to get the best results. I would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Koots Clinic in Torquay for a series of laser hair removal treatment, and I must say, the experience surpassed all my expectations. Helen was really informative and made sure I understood the pro's and con's of the eyebrow PMU procedure. Had a patch test, got literature and saw great pics of her work. I want to have my brows done, I just need to work out timings just before Xmas.

I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

I’m in love with my lash’s. I’ve been in twice now with Leah, first time for a full classic set and today for infills. I’ve never had them done before, but I’m glad I have now.
