Sona was amazing. Listens to your needs and works to perfection checking you are satisfied with the work. Since having my eyebrows mapped, shaped and waxed I had 2 people in less than 5 mins ask where I had them done. Will be visiting you again soon!

Very lovely and professional staffs...I felt very relaxed. Had very good time on appointment..I had as a microdermabrassion treatment and eyebrows threading. My skin feels very smooth and refresh.. I'm very satisfied. Thank you beauty refinery.

Shaped my eyebrows really well, probably need more practice with threading but did a great job waxing them instead

Lovely place. Staff are lovely. I forgot the ladies name but she did my eyebrows better than anyone I’ve been to in Leicester.

I got my eyebrows done for the first time as i was always scared to them. And honestly Im so happy with the way they came out. Its exactly how I wanted them. All my family and friends love them too!

I got my hair ,lashes and eyebrows done from the guild rooms. They are so good. It was my first time ever getting my lashes done also hair. But they did a amazing job. i felt so comfortable and i will definitely go back for my hair and lashes

Had my waxing done by priya, she was so comfortable with me ,and did a great job ! Will definitely recommend this place.
