Another great hairday at Milano's.Love all the wee personal touches.A welcome on the mirrors.Staff all so friendly and good at their jobs.Thomas did my blow-dry today its important to use the right products I was saying to Thomas that since he became my hairdresser my hair is in superb condition I put that down to the shampoo conditioner and products that goes on my hair to prepare for blow-dry. This is my weekly treat.Thank you Milano's

Had a lovely experience with Catherine and Ellie! Booked a full body massage as a birthday treat for my husband and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We received really great quality robe and towels, the massage was delightful, we even went into a relaxation room after and got a fruit bowl with sorbet, chocolate and herbal tea. The thermal spa was included with our treatment which was lovely. Left the spa feeling so relaxed and refresh, we were a whole new couple! Couldn’t recommend Bells Nirvana more and Catherine and Ellie just provided the best service.

Massage by Catherine was brilliant. Eyebrow wax- asked for strays only to be removed however she took too much off my full brow and made them thin :( Obviously a miscommunication so I would still return. If totally honest, I think the reception area etc could be cleaner. A lot of dirt on floors and sills which is not expected in a spa. Can't comment on room as it was dark.
