Wow! I am absolutely taken back by how amazing this woman is at her job. Let me tell you, I am the WEIRDEST person with having my eyebrows done by anyone. It seems no matter where I go, I always leave feeling a bit upset about how they look. Not this time! I am in loooove with them! Truly, I couldn’t be more grateful. Then the LVL - absolute game changer! My lashes look so long and healthy, without curving all the way back. Grace listens to your anxieties about any treatments and makes sure you’re comfortable with whole process. She is ridiculously knowledgeable in her field too!

Really pleased with my much needed eyebrow tidy and tint. And a good old natter 😊 .

Gem is a very professional multitalented beautician. Most beauticians don’t do waxing or other therapies, whereas she covers all sorts of things in a professional manner such as intimate waxing, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures, massage, etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she’s totally the best and she’s also a lovely person and such fun to talk to. I have recently moved to Basingstoke. I was looking for a beauty salon close by. Dee is both personable and professional. I had full legs waxed. It went so quickly and was done with great care. Excellent service , a lovely lady I highly recommend.
