Kind ,thoughtful . Patient and very good at explaining a new technique, I have never had before. We went slowly and nothing was too much trouble. When you are a “wonky “ customer, things effect you in different ways ,so new stuff can be a bit of a problem. So I tried threading rather than waxing and my skin is so much better for it. A definite upgrade from waxing. Thank you for you kindness and understanding . Looks so much better and actually not much difference, in pain, from waxing . The aftereffects are so much better. No bright red sore face. So a very happy MS sufferer. Thank you
