It was such a lovely experience today with the lovely trainee Ashley. She was fully supported by her colleagues and she would ask for help if needed. I love my new colour, the manager helped choose the colour that would suit me. The salon had a lovely feeling to it, everyone helped each other. Very impressed. I've rebooked with Ashley in 6 weeks for a wash and trim.
