Update from previous review re: Lash appointment. Shear Diva offered great customer service by rectifying the issue I had with a classic set. I appreciate their willingness to correct the matter and provide a senior lash tech (Tati) who did a great job on my lashes. The salon/spa is also beautiful and I'm happy to support. Customer service is delightful upon walk in and you get a full tour of the facility and services. Its truly a one stop shop for beauty services & I would highly recommend.

I had a butcher job from a local lash tech and was in bad shape Ruby , very gently, took the time to painlessly remove the mess the last person made of my lashes. Then she showed me the damage that had been done and explained what she could safely do to help me get back on track . She carefully applied the new lashes and did a beautiful job! I’m so very happy I called the day before and explained my dilemma to the manager, she put me with Ruby and assured me she could help and she definitely did the right thing for me!! Thank you Belen Salon and Ruby for your superb support!

Karen is the absolute sweetest lash artist & really makes sure to listen to your wants! Not only is she great at what she does but she also radiates positivity and is a joy to be around. My lashes always come out BOMB! I’ve been to other lash artist in the past that rush the work and don’t fully deliver, Karen is the exact opposite! I always trust her to make my lashes pop and love the fact that she never gets upset when I’m wanting to try different styles. Whether it’s your first time or your a lash pro, I definitely recommend booking with her, you will love your results and experience!

I have been waxing with Jessica for a little over 2 years now and absolutely love her work. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and always looks out for her clients. Doesn't make the first experience weird at all. The salon is always clean and smells lovely! Has a very COOL vibe. Everyone at Nood Wax is super friendly, and if Jessica is not available, April is great as well!

My hair cut came out just how I wanted it to, the experience was good and full of conversation and very welcoming. Wasn’t very busy either which was nice, didn’t feel like a rushed appointment. Would love to come back as a regular.

I started waxing with Jessica 2 1/2 years ago & never looked back to shaving. The new location is so cute and smells soooo good! Also very CLEAN! Staff is welcoming, friendly & don’t make you feel uncomfortable. 10/10 recommend.
