After weeks of lower back and hip pain, my massage with Janthea was just THE BEST. She knows exactly what to do with problem areas in your body and treats you with the utmost care and respect. I had a massage, gel manicure and waxing all by the Spa Therapist Lily. Lily was an absolutely amazing therapist. The massage was so relaxing, it enabled me to slow down which I usually find it very hard to do. Also, the quality of waxing and manicure was amazing as well. Such a pleasant and kind manner. Your treatments helped me very much to relax and made my day. Thank you!

Genuinely one of the most lovely, welcoming afternoons I’ve ever experienced. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so honest, open and just truly lovely people. The treatments I had were thoroughly explained to me and all my questions answered fully. The salon itself is gorgeous and stocked with everything you could think of. The town is very lucky to have Preenification here.

I had the full monty wax with Janthea and had a whale of a time. We didn't stop chatting and laughing the whole way through, 10/10 recommend and will be returning for another visit

Best ever waxing!! Brazilian wax is something we all suffer through usually, and I never thought there is a place where it is almost completely painless. Janthea is absolutely lovely to talk to, and the knows exactly what she’s doing. This place is perfect for anyone who was always afraid of waxing! Absolute best experience ever!

Had an eyebrow wax today, which was as great as usual. The salon is beautifully decorated for Christmas, has such a warm, welcoming feeling to it. The room I was in I was lovely and warm, even the bed was heated. It’s always a treat to go to Adore and see Abi.
