Any work around the eyes can be faffy and makes my eyes water, but Caitlin was gentle so no watery eyes for my eye treatments. 👀 CBD body massage was amazing! Thank you x “Al be back”

Really enjoyed my ishga facial, great experience. Only downside and more reflection on me than the academy - I’m very stressed at the moment and very wired so was looking for a tranquil atmosphere unfortunately I could hear people in the hair salon so found it hard to totally tune out and fully immerse myself.

The treatment was lovely. The therapist knew what she was doing. She was really friendly and checked how I was throughout but without disturbing me. The only things I would say are that I found the room a bit cold despite being mainly covered in a blanket and towel. There was also a bit of noise from the hair salon. It didn’t stop me enjoying the massage as such but I think it would be better if the massage treatment room was in a quieter area so that you get the full relaxation experience. That said, it would not stop me returning as the treatment was really enjoyable . Thank you.

ongoing problems with left arm and shoulder which Sandra worked on which seemed to loosen it a bit, hopefully next appointment improves it again, thanks Sandra

Always a pleasure going into the salon! Sandra is so lovely and pleasant, even when she is waxing me and causing me pain I walk out with a smile on my face! An amazing team, always make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble!
