Took my 10 year old to get his ear pierced. He was nervous, but the body piercer but him at ease and explained step by step what would happen. She let my son choose an earring out of 4 options. It was done quickly and professionally. Prices online need to be updated, though. The price list stated £16 for a single lobe, but I was charged £20 at the shop. I didn't say anything as I thought this was still reasonable, considering the earring was included in the price. Overall, it was a great experience.

Amy is fantastic, always does a great job on my lashes & brows and today gave me a fantastic full body massage.

She is so lovely! I enjoyed the experience. I needed an old troublesome piercing removed and she was able to do it so quickly and was very nice and understanding. She gave advice on healing too! Highly recommend! I'm happy I found this place. Keep working hard!

I had a great experience. It had been over 40 years since I had a piercing. So a bit nervous but Faith was very professional and resuring. It didn't hurt that much and she gave me loads of help and advice for the aftercare. She was quick and thorough. Definitely will be returning

My experience was great. She was patient with where i wanted my piercings and if i was ready to move onto the next piercings. These were my first piercings so i was a little nervous but she made the process very smooth. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has been afraid to get their next piercings. My first appointment was easy to book, there were automated reminders and it was easy to fill out the required information in advance. I had my nose pierced by Sarah. She was very kind and patient and it didn't hurt too much then or since. The salon and the treatment room are clean and tidy. Will definitely be recommending The Beauty Concept for piercing.
