Very professional and friendly staff with lots of great options for jewelry. I went in for my first piercings (lobes) and my piercer Alex was very nice and fun to talk to. He took great care in the placement of my piercings to make sure they looked great and was fast with the actual piercing to minimize pain.

Such a great selection of products. Manu was incredible in helping me find what I liked and answering all the questions I had about my old piercings (and possible future ones!). She also explained everything she was doing as she put in my new earrings for me which I really appreciated - even though I wasn't getting pierced I was still nervous so having her talk to me throughout and explain the process made it a very enjoyable experience. Super excited to come back in the future for more jewelry and future piercings!

I had an incredible experience at vanity. My piercer (I'm sorry I didn't catch their name) was so calm, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my worries regarding a stubborn piercing I had gotten elsewhere. They listened and together we came up with the best plan of action for me and my body. The environment is clean and inviting as well as LGBTQ2IA+ friendly. It lacks the intimidating atmosphere I've experienced getting piercings in tattoo studios previously. I will definitely only be going to Vanity for piercings from here on out!

I found the place clean and the staff friendly and very informative. I did end up with an extra poke, as the tech wanted to move the piecing higher for better aesthetics… a discount was given for that, which totally made it okay 😊 I cannot believe the crazy prices for the jewelry though. Very pretty, but insanely priced. A very thin simple 14k helix ring with a tiny cubic zirconia was $350! $150 would seem more appropriate for that, but that must be where they make their $, because $40 for a piercing seems very economical. Overall I’m happy, but feeling uncomfortable about what I paid…

Literally the best piercing experience I have EVER had and I have over 10+ piercings. Ellie is SO patient, so informative, and so SWEET. She walked me through my ear anatomy and face anatomy to help me come up with a "plan/ design" and was able to help me make decisions I was 100% confident in. She had an answer to EVERY question I asked and a solution. She respected my budget requests and reminded me it's ok to take your time building the piercing stack of my dreams. It was just a really gentle and compassionate experience from start to finish. Also like... nothing hurt lol <3 TYSM

Charlotte is a beyond incredible piercer. I've been pierced by many people but none who actually truly care about my wellbeing, comfort, and healing as much as Charlotte. I've gotten my tragus pierced by her and it's the easiest ear cartilage piercing to heal from that I've experienced. She proactively schedules check-in appointments to make sure it's healing right and consistently provides guidance to make sure it stays healing well. I'll always go back to Charlotte for any piercing going forward - I wouldn't trust anybody else with that kind of thing anymore!

Wonderful experience at Vanity Inc! My 13 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Manu, who was very patient and gentle. She explained every step before, and as she was doing, the piercing, which helped my daughter stay calm. And appreciate the pain was minimal! Would definitely recommend!!!

Vanity offered fantastic service from beginning to end, you could not find a more calm and welcoming environment for a piercing. My piercing was done by Charlotte, who eased any worries I had, made me feel comfortable and confident, and answered all questions. I have many piercings and this was the first done at Vanity, I can feel the difference in healing even one day later. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now!

Charlotte was amazing throughout the entire process! Booked an appointment to browse jewelry and she was so informative about choosing jewelry for my specific anatomy and really gave me insight for different options on what piercing I could get. Charlotte is always amazing! It's my go-to piercing spot. The jewelry is a bit more on the expensive side but it's worth the investment if you find aesthetic important. They have many beautiful options.

This was the first time I've been to Vanity Ottawa. I had my industrial done by a lovely woman named Manu I believe. It was by far the best piercing experience I've ever had, and I've had lots of piercings. My piercer was very thorough. She explained everything clearly and calmly before, during and after the procedure. She was gentle and did an amazing job with placement. The studio itself is very bright and clean. I simply can't say enough positive things about my experience with Vanity Ottawa. I highly recommend to anyone looking to have a piercing done. Thanks!
